I really enjoyed talking to this young lady. As a successful competition 3-D archer at a very high level, the challenge of traditional archery caught Bailey's eye. While audio issues cut us short I enjoyed hearing what drove her interest, the support she had, the naysayers, and how she has become proficient in a short period of time. Lets not beat the new crowd over the head with our preconceived notions, lets welcome and encourage them because they are the future.
